ECB Level 3 Coach (undertaking Level 4) former Head Coach for Cambridge University and Cricket Manager at New Farnley CC in the Bradford Premier League. Paul also works with the young cricketers at Fulneck School in Pudsey, Leeds. In June 2022 Paul joined Denmark Cricket as Assistant Coach.
With 250+ professional wickets across all formats Paul enjoyed spells with Sussex, Middlesex and Yorkshire as well as being involved with the England set up for a number of years.
As a coach Paul has been fortunate to spend time with the West Indies Test Team as a bowling consultant and had a 2 year stint as Head Coach of Swedish Cricket.
In addition to his work at international level Paul also enjoyed working at school level with Crawshaw Academy, Leeds and Queen Ethelburga's, York where he learnt a wide range of skills that enable him to connect with all ages and levels to develop their cricketing skills.
Coaching is positive, varied and covers all aspects of cricket.

James played over 520 professional games across all three formats, playing for Yorkshire CCC, Essex CCC and Northants CCC. Scoring over 10,000 runs and taking over 670 wickets James was a solid off spinning all rounder.
James specialises in spin bowling and batting.
James talks very calmly with the players and offers a great insight to what it takes to play nearly 20 years as a professional.

Steve is a prolific batter, having scored more than 12,000 1st XI runs across his career to date.
A truly three dimensional player Steve is a top order batter, wicket keeper and also has the ability to bowl good seamers.....just ask Dom Sibley and Tim Ambrose.
Steve is highly knowledgable coach and has a passion for player development. Steve works with players to understand their strengths and weaknesses and work through problems together.
Batting, bowling and W/K coach
Represented England U19's and Lancashire CCC 2nd XI. Dan played First Class Cricket for Leeds/Bradford MCCU.
Dan is a very good listener and likes to understand the person so that he can best help the player.
Represented Yorkshire CCC across all three formats becoming a highly respected specialist white ball death bowler.
Mo is a fun loving coach with a good nature who works with the player to benefit their game.

ECB Level 3 Coach
Ryan needs very little introduction. Playing 65 times for England across all three formats including a T20 World Cup winning campaign in 2012.
Ryan brings a lot of fun and knowledge to the sessions he is involved with.
In 2018 Ryan was the bowling coach for Surrey CCC as they won the County Championship.

Gavin played Test cricket for England. He also played in four World Cup's for Scotland. A free scoring left hander Gavin has extensive experience having played 375 professional games. Playing for Yorkshire CCC and Durham CCC scoring over 8500 runs across all three formats in the process.
Gavin took 380 wickets during his career, lively pace and swing saw Gavin selected as a genuine all rounder.
An excellent close fielder and slip catcher saw a tally of 92 catches. An occasional wicketkeeper includes 2 stumpings!
Gavin is very relaxed and encourages players to play with freedom.

Ajmal is our second international superstar and T20 World Cup winner! Playing for England across all three formats Aj was one of the fastest bowlers in the world, regularly bowling 90+ mph.
Ajmal's main coaching position is Assistant Coach of Derbyshire CCC, therefore he is ideally placed to assist with all aspects of your game. Aj really understands the demands of professional cricket.
